2. Intermittent Fasting
This is the diet that has kept Terry Crews shape over the years. Intermittent fasting, as the name suggests, allows you to eat only in a certain time frame – within 8 hours to be exact. You can’t eat anything else for the rest of the day. Typically you workout in the morning, eat breakfast at 2:00pm and have the rest of your meals until 10:00pm. Technically it’s more of an eating pattern than a diet. But not eating anything for 16 hours will sure help you burn those stubborn fats.
