3. Low Carb Diet
This one is a classic and it’s foolproof for almost anyone. Aside from losing weight, limiting your carbs also has other health benefits such as lessening your risk to diabetes and improving your metabolism. It’s hard to completely remove carbohydrates from any meal, so try to reduce intake to a minimum. It’s not the carbs that are bad per se, but its interaction with sugars and insulin in your body. If unused, the excess carbohydrates turn themselves into stored fat that is just so hard to get rid of.
